When are DVDs due back?
Your DVD is due by 8:00 p.m. the following night.


The store is closed on Sunday, how do I return my movie?
Sunday is given to all of our customers for free, regardless of which day of the week you rent. For example, if you rent on Friday, and don't return until Monday, you will only pay for two nights.


What if I’m late?
At Fareway Movies, the extra night fees are the same as the first night fee. Keep the movie as many nights as you would like. If you keep the movie for 21 nights, the movie will be sold to you for $25 plus tax. If you have any additional questions, please contact us.

What if I do not return the DVD?
Your credit or debit card will automatically be charged $25.00 + tax after 21 days.


Can I purchase a DVD from the machine?
Yes! A Fareway Movies machine is a great place to purchase a movie because it comes in the original casing.

What if I reserve a movie online, and never pick it up?
Movies reserved online are held for 12 hours. After 12 hours, your card will be charged the fee for one night, and the movie will be available to our customers to rent.

How many DVDs a night can I rent with one credit or debit card?
You can rent three movies at a time per credit or debit card.


What if my credit or debit card is charged incorrectly?
Call Fareway Movies customer service at 1-877-90-MOVIE Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST. We will gladly correct any issues.

How do I redeem my Free Rental Card at a DVDNow?
Select the movie you wish to rent at the movie rental kiosk.
On the shopping care screen, choose coupon.
Enter the coupon code using the touch screen keypad
Enjoy you free rental!


When are new releases available?
New DVD releases are added every Tuesday, sometimes movie studios do special releases on Friday as well.
